Community Ramp Use Policy

As part of our commitment to supporting our local community, we offer limited use of our front ramp space to approved community organizations, nonprofits, schools, and local groups.

Priority is given to organizations that are:

• Based in our local community or surrounding area
• Directly serving our local residents
• Hosting community-focused, educational, civic, or charitable outreach

To ensure the space remains available for local initiatives, we are generally unable to accommodate requests from national organizations, out-of-state organizations, commercial businesses, or groups without a direct local connection.

All ramp use requests:

• Must be submitted in advance for approval
• Are subject to scheduling availability
• Must comply with store guidelines and safety requirements
• May not obstruct store entrances, walkways, or customer access

Approval of one organization or event does not guarantee future approval, and the Co-op reserves the right to decline requests at its discretion.

• Description of your organization/event
• Requested date and time
• Contact information
